Not Just Any Kick Boxing Aerobics More than Tae Bo, more than martial arts to music; Master Michelle Lee has created the most intense workout that you will find in Arizona or any other state. Her objective in creating the Kick Boxing Aerobics program at Lee's Black Belt Academy was to provide the most cardio intensive, realistic martial arts based rhythmic aerobic workout found any where in the world.

Master Lee has 10 years of experience as a professional cheerleader, 22 years as a competitive world champion tae kwon do practitioner and hyper-energetic body building effectivly creating the best body-sculpting, extreme-athlete program available. Successful program results include many "100 pounders" (those who have lost over 100 pounds on the program), local and international tae kwon do competitors, NBA players, major league baseball players and more.

For twelve years Master Lee's program has trained instructors nation-wide; along the way developing an eight year, unique (unduplicating) day-by-day curriculum. All class planners are available in print and in many cases DVD formats are also available. Students will not duplicate workouts for weeks on end unlike other gym-style aerobics classes which repeat the same routine for weeks or months or years. Each week a different muscle group is developed from the abs, to back, to arms, to legs, to glutes, to back and around again. Jumping and punching and kicking and lunging and eye-hand coordination are all challenged in the most creative ways! A common question from students "How does she come up with this crazy stuff?". There is no doubt that even the most extreme athlete will be challenged.

Master Lee is proud of knowing the 200 ways to do sit-ups to create the ultimate "six pack abs"! Just look at her picture and you get the picture. Do not worry if you are a beginner because we all started that way. Her compassionate approach to helping the most out-of-shape couch lover is amazing. At four feet and eleven inches tall, Master Lee comes from a family that is as wide as tall. Genetically she was destined for the typical American "obese body", beating the odds through a "free to anyone who will try nutritional guidance program", Master Lee mentors students to the healthiest version of themselves they could ever imagine.

Classes are held daily at 8:15 am, 12:00 pm, 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm dependent on the day. With over twelve classes per week to chose from, why wait any longer. There is hardly a schedule that cannot fit in at least one of her incredible classes. With the life philosophy that it is, "all about the journey", she is here to guide others on a lifestyle development program. This is not a quick fix. Master Lee's Kick Boxing Aerobics class is about developing a heathy life. When Master Lee started the program she believed that, "If you build it they will come." She does not rely on contracts to keep members coming. Classes are either pay as you go or month by month. Master Lee teaches you to be self motivated without signing a 3 year contract.
