All parents and students are encouraged to attend the monthly nutrition meeting with Master Lee. She discusses designing a healthy lifestyle for you and your family to achieve your fitness goals whether it is building muscle, having more energy, losing weight or lowering cholesterol. Check the schedule for other nutrition classes she offers around the valley.
