If competition is your interest, Lee’s Martial Arts Academies have hosted 27 Regional Tournaments since 1990 and host 4 in-school tournaments each year. Taekwondo and Karate students participate in forms, weapons, sparring and XMA / ATA Xtreme categories. Students from 3 years old (Tiny Tigers) all the way to senior citizens can participate in the martial arts programs. On staff you will learn from specialists in Nutrition, Extreme Athletic Conditioning, Ground Fighting, Krav Maga, Ninjitsu, Combat Stick Fighting, Women’s Self Defense, Tae Bo, Kick Boxing, tumbling, tricking and more.
